Dr. Siparsky and his team have been working together for years. The team consists of Dr. Siparsky, John Walters, and Melissa Doozan. John was the head football athletic trainer for the University of Toledo when Dr. Siparsky served as team physician from 2013-2109. Melissa was an athletic training student at the University of Toledo at this time as well. Working together for so long has created great continuity in patient care. Dr. Siparsky describes this team saying “John is the best athletic trainer I have ever worked with, and Melissa was the best student we ever trained. That’s why we all came to Indianapolis together.” This team approach to patient care is reflected regularly in patient experience, as “the team” is often referenced by patients as one of the best parts of being in our practice.
